Nowadays, <strong>it is easy to choose accommodation<\/strong> in tourist rental housing with unconditional guarantee because on the Internet you can view every single detail of the house you wish to rent. Furthermore, the house which\u00a0is offered to tourists <strong>must appear in the Records of Tourist Businesses<\/strong> and it must also have a tablet or plate to show it, as well as mentioning the price charged. Nevertheless, the harsh reality is different because it is estimated that the average stay is no more than two nights.
