If you were to live in Chamber\u00ed<\/strong> and had a garden, a swimming pool<\/strong> and stunning sights of Madrid<\/strong>, would you think it was a dream? Well, it may not be a dream! In Estate One, we are in awe concerning a beautiful apartment<\/strong> built on a flat roof in the area of Chamber\u00ed<\/strong>. It is really true, though difficult to believe!! This very original house<\/strong> is located on the twelfth floor of a building.<\/p>\n

As you can well imagine, it is very unusual. We must stress that its architecture is spectacular<\/strong>. Would you like to know more about it?<\/p>\n

IT IS LIKE A DREAM COME TRUE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The architect Idoia Otegui<\/strong>, who carried out the project of this house, referred to it as a dream come true. Idoia was extremely lucky in being able to fulfill her wish<\/strong> because it seldom happens that we find the longed for opportunity. However, Idoia found it.<\/p>\n

\"Chamber\u00ed\"<\/a><\/p>\n

She built a house that combines the best of a great city<\/strong> together with a countryside-state<\/strong> of relaxation. It is a unique flat roof, away from the madding crowd but at the same time in the centre of Madrid and with an awesome 360-degree view.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Chamber\u00ed\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This house is located on the twelfth floor of a building<\/strong> constructed in the 60\u00b4s. You gain access to it through a two-level garden<\/strong> which has a kidney-shaped swimming pool<\/strong> that was typical North American in the 50\u00b4s and 60\u00b4s. The house measures eighty square metres<\/strong>. In our opinion, it is one of the most Bohemian places<\/strong> where you can live in Barrio de Chamber\u00ed.<\/p>\n

AN OCTAGON FROM WHERE YOU CAN TOUCH THE SKY<\/strong><\/p>\n

This luxurious apartment<\/strong> has two floors<\/strong>: on the ground floor we have the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room with a marble fireplace and boiserie. If we go up the spiral staircase<\/strong>, we get the most fascinating surprise: an octagon room with 360-degree window panes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You will be astonished. Due to its infinite panoramic view<\/strong>, it is a place where you can spend time relaxing, meditating and dreaming<\/strong> as well as recharging and leaving the frantic pace of your life behind you.<\/p>\n

It is everybody\u00b4s dream house and a secret hiding place in Barrio de Chamber\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
