Azca<\/strong> is, par excellence, the business area of Madrid<\/strong>. Throughout the years, even though it was from the very beginning very avant-garde, it has reinvented itself<\/strong> in order to modernize and move with the times<\/strong>. We must add that the most modern parts of a great city must, under no circumstances, neglect to modernize and thus risk getting left behind. Azca<\/strong>, which is the main financial area of Madrid<\/strong>, has taken this fact into account and has therefore offered, along the years, a most progressive and cosmopolitan image<\/strong>. Azca<\/strong> has, at present, new projects<\/strong> which will be carried out in the short-term. Do you want to know about them?<\/p>\n

IMPROVING THE EXISTING PRESENT SITUATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Azca<\/strong> will have a new surface area of 100.000 square metres which will include new working spaces and offices<\/strong>. This will be carried out throughout 2017. The new renovation project<\/strong> will modernize the main buildings of the area<\/strong> such as Torre Europa( which will be completely renovated), Torre Ederra, Torre Cepsa, Torre Espacio and Torre de la Testa. Most of these emblematic buildings have new owners who wish to renovate and thus improve the installations<\/strong>, facilities and offices. Many important companies regard these financial spaces<\/strong> as very appealing and attractive<\/strong>. Therefore, the area needs a face lift<\/strong> in order to encourage companies to occupy it. The new owners of the emblematic buildings of Azca will undertake, throughout 2017, the building works so as to improve them.<\/p>\n

A UNIQUE WORKPLACE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Azca is, unquestionably, one of the best places in Madrid to have an office. Its location is unique<\/strong> and this is why investors have bought the aforementioned buildings as they know the important potential of the area<\/strong>. In order to place itself at the forefront of European financial areas, it is vital that Azca makes a leap in terms of quality<\/strong> and this is the aim for 2017. Madrid undergoes continuous development and growth, therefore it is essential that its financial area stands out.
