You can also purchase it<\/strong> in the same way as you purchase a parking space. However, until now, renting is more popular in large cities<\/strong>. This also seems to be the trend in most parts of Europe where the rental of premises for storage rooms is very much in demand.<\/p>\n

At present, it is estimated that 70% of the clients<\/strong> who rent a storage room are private individuals<\/strong> and the other 30% are self-employed persons and companies. Due to the real estate crisis, many companies have had to reduce their office space<\/strong> and therefore have rented storage rooms in which to keep work materials such as documents and old files which they do not need to have at hand. We must bear in mind that in Madrid and Barcelona it is much cheaper to rent a storage room than to have a large office. As a result of the housing bubble<\/strong>, the companies dedicated to renting storage rooms benefited greatly.
