Why does this municipality in Madrid attract so many people to live there? We only have to take a walk around <strong>Boadilla del Monte<\/strong> in order to see an undeniable fact: <strong>many real estate properties have been built<\/strong> and there are also <strong>new houses and buildings under construction<\/strong> which have become regular features of the urban landscape. We can highlight several determining factors which have made this area an ideal place to live in. Firstly, <strong>its proximity to Madrid<\/strong> as it is <strong>only 15 kms away<\/strong> and it has <strong>excellent transport connections<\/strong>.
