Regarding rent, the monthly figure for a house is between 80.000 to 100.000 euros<\/strong>. A flat there can be rented for 20.000 to 24.000 euros per month<\/strong>. A RESIDENTIAL AREA ON A MOUNTAIN<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Peak is located on the hillside of Victoria Peak <\/strong>in Hong Kong. For more than a century it has been the most exclusive residential area in China<\/strong>, being its peace and quiet<\/strong> very much appreciated.<\/p>\n

This residential area has\u00a0 supermarkets, luxury shops , services and even a viewpoint on the mountain top<\/strong>. Important Arab and Asian tycoons<\/strong> have chosen to live in this exclusive area because they are attracted to the luxury and glamour that the most expensive place in the world offers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
