Generally speaking, we can say that <strong>fireplaces increase the value of property, especially in upper level housing<\/strong>, as they are very much appreciated, as we have just said, by the buyers. To a certain extent, we can state that <strong>fireplaces contribute to giving the house an air of distinction that the buyer of exclusive property appreciates very much<\/strong>. We can say that, sometimes, <strong>a fireplace can tip the balance in favour of the property.<\/strong> Another advantage is <strong>the peace and relaxation that sitting next to the fire, at home,<\/strong> conveys. Most of these appliances <strong>emulate, on a screen, the texture of the fire and the burning firewood <\/strong>and so achieve greater realism. We must take into account that to instal this electrical appliance <strong>an outside outlet for smoke is necessary <\/strong>because we must instal a gas device.
