In other words: <strong>housing is going to reinvent itself, after the coronavirus<\/strong>, so that we do not miss those things that we found lacking during our confinement. In this blog, we wrote an article about<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" the forecast for housing with regard to the COVID-19 health crisis (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.estateone.biz\/blog\/forecast-for-housing\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\"> the forecast for housing with regard to the COVID-19 health crisis<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 In that article we stated that <strong>in 2020 a drop is expected<\/strong> and subsequently, <strong>in 2021 a gradual recovery will start which will be completed in 2022<\/strong>. It is obvious that <strong>this health crisis, never seen before, will affect all areas of our lives <\/strong>and thus, <strong>the real estate system<\/strong>. However, can we make something positive come out of this?<strong> How can we improve?<\/strong> This is what all <strong>real estate agents <\/strong>ask themselves in order to take up the challenge we are facing: <strong>learn from the experience so as to be more efficient and also grow in all its fields<\/strong>. With regard to <strong>housing<\/strong>, a lot has been spoken about <strong>its versatility during confinement<\/strong>. It has been made clear that we all want larger homes, but this is not always possible and therefore we sometimes have to <strong>look for solutions that will make the most of the space we have<\/strong>. In this respect, builders are already thinking about <strong>homes of the future, making them more adaptable in order to have more flexible spaces <\/strong>to be able to use them as required. This can be achieved with <strong>sliding doors <\/strong>or other ways which will allow to<strong> reuse the spaces and transform them to the taste of the user<\/strong>. Living at home 24 hours a day, throughout several months, has little to do with spending there a small part of the day. <strong>During this confinement we became more aware of the noises that our neighbours made<\/strong>, and this led to a lot of complaints. Constructors have taken note of this issue and they know that <strong>they must make an effort to improve the quality of future housing<\/strong>. It is obvious that <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"natural light is essential in a home (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.estateone.biz\/blog\/the-art-of-lighting-up-a-house\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\">natural light is essential in a home<\/a><\/strong>. In addition, <strong>during confinement this matter has become even clearer<\/strong> and furthermore,<strong> it has become evident that a house with poor natural light is a sad place<\/strong>. It is estimated that, <strong>in the future, new housing will have leisure spaces which will be shared by the neighbours<\/strong> (gyms, swimming-pool, working places and a sport venue), so that <strong>our homes do not end when closing our front door<\/strong>.
