It is becoming increasingly habitual for housing investors to look for houses with a swimming-pool<\/strong>, not only in rural areas but also in the city. The COVID-19 health crisis<\/strong>, that we are enduring, has highlighted the need to have more space in our home<\/strong>. In this blog, some time ago, we wrote an article about how housing is reinventing itself so as to adapt to new times<\/a><\/strong>. The idea of homes used only for having our meals and spending the night sleeping, has changed. The houses of the present and of the future must have spaces which are alive<\/strong> and which can be adapted so as to be able to live together in harmony, without making us feel that we lack space. In this regard, swimming-pools play a decisive role <\/strong>because the property users feel that their home is also a place for leisure<\/strong>, especially during good weather. Some weeks ago, we wrote an article about housing investors that are making every effort to look for property with a terrace and a garden<\/a><\/strong>. In that article we explained how the confinement which we have endured, because of the pandemic, has led us to\u00a0 spend much more time at home, a fact which has made us become more aware of its deficiencies and shortcomings. We need space, and investors are conscious of this issue<\/strong>, therefore, they are now looking for more spacious houses <\/strong>where we can feel more free<\/strong>. Something similar has happened regarding swimming-pools<\/strong>. Hence, the forced confinement we have lived through has brought out the need to enjoy a space where we can cool down and disconnect from the routine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INCREASE IN DEMAND<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Real estate agencies have noticed an increase in demand of houses with swimming-pools<\/strong>, not only for renting but also for purchasing. The fact that during the confinement it was impossible to go to a public swimming-pool<\/strong> or even to a second residence and in addition the subsequent fear of contagion, has led to an important boost in the demand of this type of property<\/strong>. An interesting piece of information is that this demand has grown in every capital city of the Spanish provinces<\/strong>, except in three (Pontevedra, Granada and C\u00e1diz), showing a widespread interest in this product. It is obvious that now, in the summertime, it is easier to bring to mind a swimming-pool<\/strong>. However, if to the heat of this season we add the difficult moments we are enduring<\/strong> (we must not forget that there are fears of a second outbreak of virus at the end of July), then we can understand, even more, the growing need to enjoy a swimming-pool without leaving our property<\/strong>. Many people are considering the option of building a pool or increasing the size of the one they already have<\/strong>. So much so that the companies that are dedicated to the production of swimming-pools<\/strong> have considerably increased their business (some of them up to 60%). It seems clear that the temptation to go for a swim at home<\/strong> is growing, and many Spanish people try, by all the means available, to enjoy it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TWO FANTASTIC PROPERTIES WITH A SWIMMING-POOL IN ARAVACA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To finalize, we want to show you two fantastic properties, with a swimming-pool<\/strong>, that Estate One<\/strong> offers for purchasing or renting<\/strong>.
