Azca is, par excellence, the business area of Madrid. Throughout the years, even though it was from the very beginning very avant-garde, it has reinvented itself in order to modernize and move with the times. IMPROVING THE EXISTING PRESENT SITUATION

Azca will have a new surface area of 100.000 square metres which will include new working spaces and offices. This will be carried out throughout 2017. The new renovation project will modernize the main buildings of the area such as Torre Europa( which will be completely renovated), Torre Ederra, Torre Cepsa, Torre Espacio and Torre de la Testa. Most of these emblematic buildings have new owners who wish to renovate and thus improve the installations, facilities and offices. Many important companies regard these financial spaces as very appealing and attractive. Therefore, the area needs a face lift in order to encourage companies to occupy it. The new owners of the emblematic buildings of Azca will undertake, throughout 2017, the building works so as to improve them.

Azca is, unquestionably, one of the best places in Madrid to have an office. Its location is unique and this is why investors have bought the aforementioned buildings as they know the important potential of the area.
