WHICH ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

The Community of Madrid has published the indispensable requirements in order to legally let a tourist house. Firstly, the house must be included in the State Tourist Office registry, or else in another registry office in the Community of Madrid. Thus, the house will be registered and acknowledged as a tourist house.

A tourist house must have all the necessary household appliances such as a refrigerator, a washing-machine, a cooker etc.  Apart from this, it must also have Wifi so as to enable the guests to connect to the Internet.
